Auto Glass Insurance Claims in Salem, Oregon

We work with all major insurance companies for windshield replacement and repair — and we handle the paperwork so you don't have to.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. State Auto Glass works with all major insurance companies for windshield replacement, rock chip repair and door glass — and we bill your insurer direct, so you aren't paying the whole job up front and waiting to be paid back.

We're also enrolled with Safelite Solutions, the third-party network a large share of insurers use to process auto glass claims. If your carrier routes your claim through that network, you can still choose us — ask for State Auto Glass by name and the claim goes through normally. For carriers that bill direct, we bill direct.

You choose who fixes your glass — not your insurance company

In Oregon the choice of repair shop is yours. Your insurer can suggest a shop, and often will, but they cannot require it. If you'd rather have a local Salem crew pull into your driveway than drive across town to a chain, say so on the call — that's all it takes.

We've been doing this in the same valley since 1961, and we come to you across Salem, Keizer, Turner, Stayton, Dallas, Jefferson, Albany, Corvallis, McMinnville, Woodburn, Lyons, Lincoln City — at no extra charge.

The Process

How an Auto Glass Claim Works

01

Call or text us first

Tell us the vehicle and the damage. We'll confirm the right glass and tell you straight away whether a claim is worth filing or whether paying cash is cheaper for you.

02

We open or pick up the claim

Already have a claim number? Give it to us. Haven't called your insurer yet? We'll walk you through it — including what to say so the claim is assigned to us.

03

We come to you

No shop visit, no waiting room. Our equipped van comes to your home, office or job site anywhere in the mid-Willamette Valley — same-day in most cases.

04

We bill your insurer

We invoice the insurance company direct, so the only thing you might pay is your deductible — and on many chip repairs, not even that.
